INSIDE TRAIS SULAIS

TRAIS SULAIS IS MORE THAN THE SUM OF PERFECT DETAILS.

Tasso Kalfopoulos is an architect world-famous for his design and creativity of high-end luxury buildings. Rightly so because his architectural style is the epitome of timeless elegance, in pursuit of harmonious spaces, and a pronounced sense of stylish details. Tasso Kalfopoulos is the perfect match for Trais Sulais.

Mr. Kalfopoulos, what is your vision for Trais Sulais in Celerina?

We would like to reflect the wonderful surroundings in the project. And create a unique object that radiates understatement outside and exudes perfect exclusivity inside. Always with the finest materials and carefully designed room concepts. In doing so, we always preserve the traditional Engadine style of the building.

How does one feel when entering Trais Sulais?

When I arrive in Trais Sulais, I have the wonderful feeling of being at home. Even the ancillary rooms such as the garage, often the first point of entry, gives me that warm feeling.

Are there any construction materials that you are partial to using high up here?

Of course everything that pays tribute to the wonderful Engadine surroundings: timber, stone, leather – natural and exquisite materials of the highest quality.

In addition to superior architecture, you are renowned for exclusive interiors. What can one expect in Trais Sulais?

An exclusive and well-designed ambience concept. This naturally also includes a private wine cellar, a private spa or generous utility rooms. Even the bicycle room with glazing and timber and beautiful lighting design is par for the course. We celebrate a sophisticated style from one mold and in each detail. And there is also the home automation system with the amenities of the Swiss supplier “smart PLACE”. It controls and regulates light, sound, alarm or temperature from everywhere in any language.

DESIGN SGRAFITTO

Without any doubt, the Engadine is a special place to own property.

The Upper Engadine with its open landscape, the lakes, the mountains and the unparalleled light, is magic. Sports facilities, mountain experiences, the culture, the arts, the culinary delights, hotels and gastronomy are famous all over the world. You can reach St. Moritz from Zurich and Milan in about three hours by car. And the Engadine airport St. Moritz-Samedan is another important convenience.

An investment in property in the Engadine offers a double advantage: Thanks to the stable and continuously increasing real estate prices, a property is not just capital well invested but also a place for joyful times enjoyed with family and friends.

In recent years, the Engadine has developed even more into one of the most renowned summer and winter destinations.
